Rest & Restore Yoga
For every body, every mind, every stage of life
Our PurposeYoga that meets you where you are — not where you think you should be.
We serve clients who are often overlooked in traditional yoga studios — those navigating advanced age, cognitive differences (including autism and dementia), physical limitations, and chronic illness.
Our neuroscience‑forward approach uses gentle, breath‑synchronized movement to support nervous system regulation. This is an ancient practice, validated by modern research.
There is no pressure to master complicated poses or adhere to restricting aesthetics. Just breath, movement, and meeting you where you are.
